Ingredients:
- Spring Mix or Spinach
- Broccoli
- Tomatoes
- Shredded Carrots
- Avocado
- Farro
- Parsley
- Green Onion
- Hanley’s Creole Ranch
- Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Boil a small pot of water for farro. Once boiling, add farro and cook for 10 minutes then immediately strain
- Chop broccoli and sauté in a pan with olive oil, salt and pepper until fully cooked and slightly crisp
- Chop tomatoes, parsley and green onion
- Build you grain bowl with a base of spring mix and farro
- Add avocado, broccoli, tomatoes, shredded carrots, parsley and green onion
- Top with Hanley’s Creole Ranch

Pro Tip: After straining the farro, add it back to the pot it was boiled in and stir it with olive oil, salt and pepper. We find that this keeps the farro from clumping together– and adds a little flavor– when you’re ready to add it to your grain bowl.
