Brie Stuffed Dates with Pepper Jelly Vinaigrette


These 4-ingredient brie-stuffed dates topped with Hanley’s Pepper Jelly Vinaigrette are sweet, savory, and have just the right amount of kick to serve at any party! 

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop pistachios. Set aside. 
  2. Slice brie into 20 rectangular pieces, small enough to fit into dates. 
  3. Place one piece of brie into date, then slightly press cheese into date, making it’s secure. Lightly press brie-filled date into chopped pistachios, then shake off any excess and lightly press pistachios into brie so they stick. Repeat this process until all of the dates are stuffed. 
  4. Drizzle Hanley’s Pepper Jelly Vinaigrette over dates.

Pro Tip: Don’t have pistachios? No problem! Swap them out with walnuts, almonds, or pecans.
