Ingredients:
- Fresh iceberg lettuce
- Chicken breast
- 1 egg
- Panko bread crumbs
- Olive oil
- Hanley’s Sweet Creole Mustard
Directions:
- Slice raw chicken breast into bite-sized strips
- Whisk 1 egg in a bowl and add panko bread crumbs to a separate bowl
- Dip each strip of chicken into the egg then the panko bread crumbs
- Coat a pan with olive oil and heat on medium heat
- Add the panko-crusted chicken strips
- Rinse and dry lettuce wraps
- Allow chicken strips to cool down moderately and wrap each one in fresh iceberg lettuce, securing with a wooden pick
- Dip in Hanley’s Sweet Creole Mustard for the perfect bite
