Ingredients:
- Flatbread
- Hummus
- Feta
- Romaine
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Kalamata Olive
- Capers
- Fresh Parsley
- Fresh Basil
- Fresh Oregano
- Olive Oil
- Hanley’s Garlic & Red Wine Vinaigrette
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
- Thoroughly wash and peel a cucumber. Remove seeds and dice cucumber into small pieces
- Thoroughly wash and chop romaine lettuce and tomatoes and add to a bowl with cucumber
- Add kalamata olives, capers and Hanley’s Garlic & Red Wine Vinaigrette and toss
- Spread hummus on the flatbread and add feta cheese and drizzled olive oil
- Bake in the oven for 12 minutes
- Remove flatbread from the oven and add the salad mix on top

Pro Tip: Don’t add salt to your salad! Many of the ingredients in this recipe (capers, olives, feta) have a super salty flavor and won’t need any additional salt. Even adding a pinch might make your recipe a little too salty.
