Mediterranean Flatbread with Hanley’s Garlic & Red Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit 
  2. Thoroughly wash and peel a cucumber. Remove seeds and dice cucumber into small pieces
  3. Thoroughly wash and chop romaine lettuce and tomatoes and add to a bowl with cucumber
  4. Add kalamata olives, capers and Hanley’s Garlic & Red Wine Vinaigrette and toss
  5. Spread hummus on the flatbread and add feta cheese and drizzled olive oil
  6. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes
  7. Remove flatbread from the oven and add the salad mix on top

Serves: 2-5 people
Pro Tip: Don’t add salt to your salad! Many of the ingredients in this recipe (capers, olives, feta) have a super salty flavor and won’t need any additional salt. Even adding a pinch might make your recipe a little too salty.
