Chilled Orzo Pasta Salad with Hanley’s Garlic and Red Wine Vinaigrette

Have you been on a meal prep kick? Or have you been trying to get on a meal prep kick? This Chilled Orzo Pasta Salad recipe is super easy to make in advance and holds up really well throughout the week. It’s a super tasty and satisfying meal. We hope you love it! 

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add orzo pasta, boil for 9 minutes and then strain orzo
  2. Refrigerate pasta for at least 3 hours  
  3. Dice cherry tomatoes and add to a bowl with arugula and orzo pasta
  4. Add olive oil so the orzo pasta does not stick together
  5. Toss with Hanley’s Garlic and Red Wine Vinaigrette
  6. Top with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese

Total time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4-5 People
Pro Tip: Pop this chilled back in the refrigerator after you’ve made it to allow it to sit and chill until you are ready to serve it!
