A pescatarian’s dream. This Mediterranean-inspired Caesar Salad is super rewarding considering the flavor and the ease of throwing it together. In about 30 minutes you’ll have a nutritious and delicious Salmon Caesar Salad.
Ingredients:
- Salmon
- Butter Lettuce
- Capers
- Shaved Parmesan Cheese
- Hanley’s Caesar Salad Dressing
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Olive Oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450℉
- Coat a baking dish with olive oil
- Place Salmon in the baking dish and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Bake for 20 Minutes or until fully-cooked
Salad Preparation:
- Wash Butter Lettuce Leaves and pat dry
- Pour a side of Hanley’s Caesar Salad Dressing
- Add Salmon
- Top with Capers and Shaved Parmesan Cheese
