Healthy Hanley’s Potato Salad 🥔


Garlic Hanleys Potato Salad

This recipe takes a healthier, lighter approach to a backyard BBQ favorite-- potato salad! It’s not your typical potato salad but it’s delicious and satisfying in its own way. 

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil small yukon and red potatoes in a pot of water for 20 minutes
  2. Cut celery, white onion, parsley and cilantro
  3. Once potatoes are boiled, allow them to cool and cut them into halves
  4. In a separate bowl, mix equal parts plain greek yogurt and Hanley’s Garlic Red Wine Vinaigrette. Add pepper and a very small amount of lemon juice. Whisk until evenly mixed
  5. Mix all of your ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours

Serves:  3-4 people
Pro Tip: Don’t skip the final step of refrigerating your potato salad- it will taste its best when chilled!
