Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- Cheddar Cheese
- Parsley
- Mixed greens
- Salt and pepper
- Olive Oil

- Hanley’s Balsamic Vinaigrette
Directions:
- Whisk 2 eggs and pour into a pan coated with olive oil on medium heat
- Allow to cook and flip over
- Add cheddar cheese to the center and fold the omelet over
- Plate your omelet and add more cheddar cheese to the top
- Add Hanley’s Bacom Bits and chopped parsley on top
- Mix Hanley’s Balsamic Vinaigrette, salt and pepper with a mixed greens
- Plate your salad with your omelet
