Garlic Red Wine Glazed Roasted Cauliflower

Looking for a vegetarian dinner recipe? This Roasted Cauliflower is a great place to start. Moving into the cooler fall months, a warm roasted dish like this sounds perfect for a cozy night in. 



  1. Preheat oven to 425°F 
  2. Rinse cauliflower and remove any excess leaves
  3. Place cauliflower on a sheet pan with parchment paper
  4. Mix 1 cup of olive oil, 1 cup Hanley’s Garlic & Red Wine Vinaigrette, and salt, pepper, garlic powder and whisk
  5. Brush the mixture onto the cauliflower
  6. Roast in the oven for 50 minutes
  7. Add grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley

Total time: 1 hour
Serves:  2-3 people (depending on the size of the head of cauliflower)
Pro Tip: Roast the head of cauliflower until there is a golden brown crisp on the exterior. It should take about 50 minutes to roast in the oven. You will thank us!
