Ingredients:
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- Hanley’s Garlic & Red Wine VInaigrette
- Olive Oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Parsley
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Rinse cauliflower and remove any excess leaves
- Place cauliflower on a sheet pan with parchment paper
- Mix 1 cup of olive oil, 1 cup Hanley’s Garlic & Red Wine Vinaigrette, and salt, pepper, garlic powder and whisk
- Brush the mixture onto the cauliflower
- Roast in the oven for 50 minutes
- Add grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley
