Ingredients:
- Ground Chicken
- 1 egg
- Carrots
- Celery
- Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- Blue Cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic and onion powder
- Hanley’s Creole Ranch
Directions:
- Finely chop carrots and celery and add to a bowl
- Add 1 package of ground chicken, one egg, blue cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder to the bowl
- Mix together ingredients and form into a small meatball shape
- Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat
- Add meatballs and cook while covered until they are fully cooked
- Cook without covering until exterior is crispy
- Prepare a salad with iceberg lettuce, shaved carrots, shaved celery, and blue cheese
- Add meatballs to your salad
- Top with Hanley’s Creole Ranch
