- Baby Kale and Swiss Chard
- Asparagus
- Broccolini
- Brussel Sprouts
- Zucchini
- Salt and Pepper

Directions
- Toss baby kale and swiss chard in Hanley’s Avocado Dressing
- Chop asparagus, broccolini, brussel sprouts, and zucchini
- Add asparagus, broccolini, and brussel sprouts to a baking dish with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and bake at 400°F for 35 minutes
- Pan fry zucchini with olive oil and salt
- Add zucchini on top of bed of greens
- Add asparagus, broccolini, and brussel sprouts
