Avocado Green Goddess Salad

  • Hanley’s Avocado Dressing
  • Baby Kale and Swiss Chard
  • Asparagus 
  • Broccolini
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Zucchini
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Olive Oil


  1. Toss baby kale and swiss chard in Hanley’s Avocado Dressing
  2. Chop asparagus, broccolini, brussel sprouts, and zucchini
  3. Add asparagus, broccolini, and brussel sprouts to a baking dish with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and bake at 400°F for 35 minutes
  4. Pan fry zucchini with olive oil and salt
  5. Add zucchini on top of bed of greens
  6. Add asparagus, broccolini, and brussel sprouts

Serves:  1-2 people
Pro Tip: Crispy Brussel Sprouts are the best. Chop them finely so when they bake they easily reach maximum crispiness.
