
This light and fresh Strawberry Feta Arugula Salad is a great way to get your sweet and salty fix. It features peppery arugula, sweet strawberries, salty feta cheese, and crunchy pecans for a perfectly balanced salad.
Ingredients:

4 cups arugula + spinach blend

1 cup strawberries

½ cup pecans

¼ cup shallot, thinly sliced

2 tbsp basil, thinly sliced

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Wash, dry, and chop strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop pecans and toast in a frying pan until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Thinly slice shallot and basil.
- To a large bowl, add arugula + spinach blend, strawberries, pecans, shallots, basil, feta cheese, salt & pepper, and Hanley’s Strawberry Vinaigrette. Toss until well combined.
- Top with more feta cheese and basil if desired.
