Hanley’s Protein Balls


Hanley’s Protein Balls are the perfect snack to keep on hand for a healthy and satisfying bite during a busy week. They make an excellent on-the-go breakfast for busy commuters and a nice lunchbox addition for kiddos.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mash 1 banana in a bowl

  2. Add 3 tbsp rolled oats and 3 tbsp almond butter and thoroughly mix

  3. Add 3 tbsp Hanley’s Figs and Nuts and 2 tbsp Hanley’s Seedsation and mix until ingredients are evenly distributed

  4. Grab about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball and place it in a tupperware container lined with parchment paper

  5. Continue rolling the rest of the mixture into bite-sized balls

  6. Enjoy right away or keep in the refrigerator for up to 7 days

Total time: 10 minutes + preferred refrigeration time
Serves:  2-3 People
Pro Tip: After a few hours in the refrigerator the ingredients will bind together nicely. Prep these energy bites ahead of time and refrigerate them for up to 7 days!
