- Couscous and Quinoa Medley
- 2 Gala Apples
- 1 Sweet Potato
- 1 head of Cauliflower
- Brussel Sprouts
- Shredded Kale

Directions:
- Cook couscous and quinoa medley
- Chop sweet potato, cauliflower and brussel sprouts
- Rinse and massage kale to soften it
- Slice apples
- Build bowl with kale tossed in Hanley’s Sensation Dressing and top with couscous and quinoa medley, sweet potato, cauliflower and brussel sprouts, apples, pecans and Hanley’s Croutons
