  1. Cook couscous and quinoa medley
  2. Chop sweet potato, cauliflower and brussel sprouts
  3. Rinse and massage kale to soften it
  4. Slice apples
  5. Build bowl with kale tossed in Hanley’s Sensation Dressing and top with couscous and quinoa medley, sweet potato, cauliflower and brussel sprouts, apples, pecans and Hanley’s Croutons

Pro Tip:  Always. Massage. Kale. When rinsing your kale, gently massage it to soften the notoriously tough leafy green. It’ll make the kale softer and easier to chew.
