Garlic & Herb Turkey Meatball Bites

Looking for an hors d'oeuvre to serve at a party? These healthy and delicious Garlic & Herb Turkey Meatball Bites served with Hanley’s Garlic & Red Wine Vinaigrette might be just what you’re looking for. They are light yet satisfying and also make a great addition to a grain bowl or salad.



  1. Mince/cut 6 cloves of garlic and 1 shallot into tiny pieces
  2. Chop a handful of fresh dill and a handful of fresh parsley
  3. Add ingredients to a bowl with 1 lb of ground turkey
  4. Crack one egg into the bowl
  5. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Use your hands to mix ingredients and form into small, bite sized meatballs
  7. Coat a pan with olive oil or avocado oil and fry meatballs until golden brown and thoroughly cooked
  8. Serve with skewers for easy dipping in Hanley’s Garlic & Red Wine Vinaigrette

Pro Tip: When in doubt, the more garlic the better. They are called “Garlic & Herb Meatball Bites” after all. If you’ve cut 6 cloves of garlic and it doesn’t look like enough– feel free to add more. We recommend using fresh garlic versus store bought minced garlic for this recipe– it makes all the difference in the texture and taste.
