Chicken Caesar Salad Crostini

A bite sized Chicken Caesar salad?! Sign us up! A fun spin on a classic Caesar Salad– this recipe makes an excellent appetizer or snack. Every bite is the perfect bite. 


  • Chicken Breast
  • Baguette 
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Butter Lettuce
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Olive Oil
  • Hanley’s Caesar Dressing


  1. Thinly slice a baguette and top each slice with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper
  2. Bake sliced baguette at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 15 minutes
  3. Bake chicken breast coated with olive oil salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a dish in the oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 25 minutes or until fully cooked
  4. While the chicken breast and crostini bake, prepare your salad by tossing finely chopped butter lettuce in Hanley’s Caesar Dressing with cracked black pepper and grated parmesan cheese 
  5. Cut chicken breast into small pieces and toss with your salad
  6. Add a spoonful of the chicken caesar salad mixture on top of each crostini
  7. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top and cracked black pepper on top
