A bite sized Chicken Caesar salad?! Sign us up! A fun spin on a classic Caesar Salad– this recipe makes an excellent appetizer or snack. Every bite is the perfect bite.
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast
- Baguette
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Butter Lettuce
- Salt and Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Olive Oil
- Hanley’s Caesar Dressing
Directions:
- Thinly slice a baguette and top each slice with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper
- Bake sliced baguette at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 15 minutes
- Bake chicken breast coated with olive oil salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a dish in the oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 25 minutes or until fully cooked
- While the chicken breast and crostini bake, prepare your salad by tossing finely chopped butter lettuce in Hanley’s Caesar Dressing with cracked black pepper and grated parmesan cheese
- Cut chicken breast into small pieces and toss with your salad
- Add a spoonful of the chicken caesar salad mixture on top of each crostini
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top and cracked black pepper on top
