Pizza⊠for breakfast! Using dough made with self-rising flour and greek yogurt for the crust, this pizza is off to a healthier start than most. Topped with shredded mozzarella cheese, eggs, and avocado, itâs packed with flavor. Any morning that starts with pizza for breakfast is sure to be a great one!
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Plain Unflavored Greek Yogurt
- 1œ Cup of Self-Rising Flour
- 5 Eggs
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Hanleyâs Bacom Bits
- Avocado
- Fresh ParsleyÂ
- SaltÂ
- PepperÂ
- Garlic Powder
- Olive Oil
Directions:
Pizza Dough:
- Preheat the oven to 450â
- Add 2 cups of Greek Yogurt with 1œ cup self-rising flour and garlic powder to a bowl and mix
- Pour the fully mixed dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape into your desired pizza crust shape
- Whisk 1 egg to use as an egg-wash on your pizza dough
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 450â

Pizza Topping
- Pull out of the oven and top with shredded mozzarella cheeseÂ
- Make small ânestsâ or areas to crack 4 eggs into
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Bake in the oven at 450â for an additional 15 minutes
- Remove pizza from the oven and top with Hanleyâs Bacom Bits and your desired toppings (we recommend parsley and avocado slices)

Pro Tip: If you donât have self-rising flour on handâ donât worry! You can use all-purpose flour with 1 œ teaspoons of baking powder and ÂŒ teaspoons of salt per cup of all-purpose flour. Whisk the baking powder, salt and all-purpose flour together before mixing with the greek yogurt. This will give the âdoughâ the same effect as self-rising flour.
