Pizza… for breakfast! Using dough made with self-rising flour and greek yogurt for the crust, this pizza is off to a healthier start than most. Topped with shredded mozzarella cheese, eggs, and avocado, it’s packed with flavor. Any morning that starts with pizza for breakfast is sure to be a great one!
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Plain Unflavored Greek Yogurt
- 1½ Cup of Self-Rising Flour
- 5 Eggs
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Hanley’s Bacom Bits
- Avocado
- Fresh Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Olive Oil
Directions:
Pizza Dough:
- Preheat the oven to 450℉
- Add 2 cups of Greek Yogurt with 1½ cup self-rising flour and garlic powder to a bowl and mix
- Pour the fully mixed dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape into your desired pizza crust shape
- Whisk 1 egg to use as an egg-wash on your pizza dough
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 450℉
Pizza Topping
- Pull out of the oven and top with shredded mozzarella cheese
- Make small ‘nests’ or areas to crack 4 eggs into
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Bake in the oven at 450℉ for an additional 15 minutes
- Remove pizza from the oven and top with Hanley’s Bacom Bits and your desired toppings (we recommend parsley and avocado slices)

Pro Tip: If you don’t have self-rising flour on hand– don’t worry! You can use all-purpose flour with 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder and ¼ teaspoons of salt per cup of all-purpose flour. Whisk the baking powder, salt and all-purpose flour together before mixing with the greek yogurt. This will give the ‘dough’ the same effect as self-rising flour.
