When it comes to veggie pizza, the more veggies the merrier! We loaded this pizza with bell peppers, roma tomatoes, broccoli and bacom bits. Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Plain Unflavored Greek Yogurt
- 1½ Cup of Self-Rising Flour
- Shredded Cheese of choice (We recommend Shredded Mozzarella Cheese)
- Red and Green Bell Peppers
- Broccoli
- Roma Tomato
- Tomato Basil marinara (or pasta or pizza sauce of choice)
- Hanley’s Bacom Bits
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Olive Oil
Directions:
Pizza Dough:
- Preheat the oven to 450℉
- Add 2 cups of Greek Yogurt with 1½ cup self-rising flour and garlic powder to a bowl and mix
- Pour the fully mixed dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape into your desired pizza crust shape
- Whisk 1 egg, a tablespoon of olive oil, and pepper in a bowl and brush the egg-wash mixture onto the dough
- Bake in the oven at 450℉ for 5-6 minutes
Pizza Topping
- While dough bakes for a few minutes, chop peppers, tomatoes and broccoli
- Remove dough from the oven and begin adding toppings
- Add tomato sauce of choice
- Top with shredded cheese
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and tomatoes
- Bake in the oven at 450℉ for 30 minutes
- Top with Hanley’s Bacom Bits
