Avocado Fish Tacos

These fish tacos will make you question why you don’t cook dinner at home every night. The fresh ingredients (especially the fresh Cod used in this recipe) come together to create a healthy, light, delicious fish taco.


  • Fresh Cod
  • Corn Tortillas
  • Avocado
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Mexican Shredded Cheese
  • Radish
  • Shredded Cabbage
  • Lemon
  • Lime Wedges
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Hanley’s Avocado Dressing


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Place Cod in a baking dish with olive oil
  3. Squeeze lemon juice on top of the fish and sprinkle with cayenne pepper, salt and pepper
  4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until flaky
  5. Heat corn tortillas on the stovetop until warm
  6. Mix cabbage in Hanley’s Avocado Dressing
  7. Layer tortilla with cabbage, cod, pico de gallo, mexican shredded cheese, avocado, radish, and lime wedges
