Ingredients
- Hanley’s Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1 Thin Chicken Breast
- Spring Mix
- Sliced Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Goat Cheese
- Roasted Walnuts
Directions
- Marinate raw chicken breast with ¼ -½ cup of Hanley’s Balsamic Vinaigrette and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
- Place chicken in a small baking dish and bake in the oven at 400 Degrees for 20 mins (Baking time may vary depending on how thick the chicken breast is)
- At the same time, spread a handful of walnuts on a baking tray with a piece of parchment paper and bake at 400 Degrees for 10 minutes
- Toss your Spring Mix in Hanley’s Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Add strawberries, blueberries, and goat cheese
- Sprinkle walnuts on salad
- Slice chicken breast and add to salad
