Sensation seafood salad


  • Hanley’s Sensation salad dressing
  • 6 oz Louisiana gulf shrimp (medium)
  • 6 oz Louisiana gulf crab claws
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup red onions
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup croutons


Marinate crab claws in Hanley’s Sensation salad dressing for 20 minutes. In a separate container, marinate the shrimp for 15 minutes. Bring skillet to medium heat and sauté shrimp until it’s no longer pink.
In a large bowl add lettuce, onions, almonds, croutons, 4 oz Hanley’s Sensation salad dressing and toss until leaves are coated.
Top with shrimp, crab claws, and enjoy
