Avocado Greek Salad


Keto Avocado Greek Salad

We make this salad about 2x a week at our house — it's an easy, delicious, and healthy complement to any dish — plus did we mention it's delicious?! And yes, it's Keto-friendly. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • Handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • Handful Kalamata olives
  • Handful of feta cheese
  • 1 tbs pine nuts
  • Hanley's Avocado dressing

Method

  1. Mix all vegetables, avocado in large bowl
  2. Cover with feta cheese and kalamata olives
  3. Dance & enjoy!

Prep time: 10 mins
Serves:  2-4 people
Pro Tip: Add pine nuts
