Hanley's Nuts Pecan Pie Bars

“DESSERTS!!” Want something HOT, FRESH, and DELICIOUS! Keep it simple with these NEW pecan pie bars!


  • Crust
    • 1 tsp vanilla 
    • ¼ tsp salt 
    • ⅓ cup coconut oil, melted 
    • ¼ cup coconut flour 
    • ¼ cup maple syrup 
    • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • Filling
    • 1 tsp vanilla 
    • 2 cups of Hanley’s Nuts, chopped 
    • ⅔ cup coconut sugar 
    • ¼ cup maple syrup
    • ½ coconut oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8”x8” pan with grease, cooking spray, or parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan
  4. Bake for 15-17 minutes until it's golden brown
  5. Take the crust out and let it cool completely
  6. In a saucepan, heat the coconut oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla until boiling, stirring constantly for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Boil mixture for one minute. Don't stir longer than a minute otherwise the sugar will overcook and burn.
  8. Add Hanley’s Nuts and almond milk, then stir
  9. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake it for 20-22 minutes
  10. Take it out and let it cool for 15 minutes. Allow it to cool in the fridge for two hours before eating. 
  11. EAT UP!!! :)

Time: 30 mins.
Serves: 8-10 people
