Dress it Up with this easy on-the-go breakfast/lunch.
- Mushrooms, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes
- Liquid egg whites
- Garden seasoning
- Hanley's Ranch dressing
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a muffin pan w/ nonstick spray.
- Place desired amount of sliced items in each muffin tin.
- Pour 3 tbsp egg white in each tin. Sprinkle & mix garden seasoning in each then bake 25-30 mins.
- After baking, drizzle the ranch dressing on each egg Muffin & enjoy!
