Caesar Salad Pizza

Caesar Salad… but make it PIZZA! With a greek yogurt based crust and a caesar salad topping, this recipe puts a healthy twist on your at-home pizza night.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Plain Unflavored Greek Yogurt
  • 1½ Cup of Self-Rising Flour
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Hanley’s Caesar Dressing
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Shaved Parmesan Cheese 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • Garlic Powder
  • Olive Oil

Directions:

  • Pizza Dough:
    • Preheat the oven to 450
    • Add 2 cups of Greek Yogurt with 1½ cup self-rising flour and garlic powder to a bowl and mix
    • Pour the fully mixed dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape into your desired pizza crust shape
    • Drizzle the crust with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper 
    • Top with grated parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses
    • Bake in the oven at 450℉ for 30-40 minutes
  • Salad topping:
    • Chop 1 head of romaine lettuce
    • Toss Lettuce in Hanley’s Caesar Dressing
    • Add Caesar salad to your fully-cooked pizza
    • Top with Shaved Parmesan

Prep Time: 45 minutes-1 Hour
