Caesar Salad… but make it PIZZA! With a greek yogurt based crust and a caesar salad topping, this recipe puts a healthy twist on your at-home pizza night.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Plain Unflavored Greek Yogurt
- 1½ Cup of Self-Rising Flour
- Romaine Lettuce
- Hanley’s Caesar Dressing
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Shaved Parmesan Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Olive Oil
Directions:
- Pizza Dough:
- Preheat the oven to 450℉
- Add 2 cups of Greek Yogurt with 1½ cup self-rising flour and garlic powder to a bowl and mix
- Pour the fully mixed dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape into your desired pizza crust shape
- Drizzle the crust with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper
- Top with grated parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses
- Bake in the oven at 450℉ for 30-40 minutes
- Salad topping:
- Chop 1 head of romaine lettuce
- Toss Lettuce in Hanley’s Caesar Dressing
- Add Caesar salad to your fully-cooked pizza
- Top with Shaved Parmesan
