Caesar you later! This healthy, on-the-go salad recipe was created with busy bees, adventurers, and those looking to reduce single use plastic waste in mind. Using the Hanley’s Salad Jar for an on-the-go Caesar Salad is sure to become a summertime favorite.
Ingredients:
- Romaine Lettuce
- Baby KaleÂ
- Swiss Chard
- Broccoli
- Red Onion
- Chickpeas
- Hanley’s Caesar Dressing
- SaltÂ
- PepperÂ
- Garlic Powder
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 425℉
- Pour can on chickpeas onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil
- Drizzle chickpeas with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Bake Chickpeas for 35-40 minutesÂ
- Chop Romaine Lettuce
- Chop Broccoli And Red OnionÂ
- Prep Your Hanley’s Salad ContainerÂ
- Cover the bottom of the container with your desired amount of Hanley’s Caesar Salad Dressing
- Add layers of Romaine Lettuce, Baby Kale, Swiss Chard
- Add a layer of Broccoli and Red Onion Mix
- Top with a layer of Roasted Chickpeas
