The Breakfast Quesadilla is a tasty twist on the classic “Bacon Egg & Cheese'' breakfast combo. Using Hanley’s Bacom Bits, Egg, and Cheese, this Breakfast Quesadilla might just be your new go-to for a simple yet satisfying breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Carb Balanced Flour Tortilla
- 1 Handful of shredded Mexican Cheese
- 1 Handful of Hanley’s Bacom Bits
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pico de Gallo (optional)
Directions:
- Heat your tortilla in a pan so it starts to get warm and crisp
- In a separate pan, coat with olive oil and cook 1 egg over easy or over medium
- After you’ve flipped your tortilla a few times and it’s started to get warm and crispy, top it with Mexican cheese and Hanley’s Bacom Bits
- Once your egg is fully cooked, place it on top of the cheesy, bacom-y tortilla and fold the tortilla in half
- Flip the Breakfast Quesadilla once or twice to make sure it’s reached maximum crispiness
